We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist with solid expertise in Predictive AI and Operational Research (OR) to drive data-driven decision-making and optimization for complex business processes. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and mathematical models to solve real-world operational problems across domains such as supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, finance, and customer service. Project Description The engineer is supposed to participate in various Predictive AI projects such as Demand Sensing and Forecasting, Price and Promotion Optimization and others. Details on Tech stack Python Experience with linear optimization algorithms: Linear Programing and Mixed Integer Programing Experience with non-linear optimization algorithms: Gradient based and Metaheuristic algorithms (such as Genetic Algorithm, Simulation Annealing etc.) Experience with Simulation techniques (such as Montecarlo, MCMC, discreet event, agent-based modeling etc) Ability to recognize optimization type of problem (such as Max Flow, Schedule Problem, Knapsack problem etc) Experience with cloud (any cloud work - GCP, AWS) Experience with commercial and non commercial solvers (such as commercial Gurobi, Hexaly etc. & non commercial HiGHS, CP-SAT OrTools etc) Nice to Have Requirements Experience with supply chain domain Experience with pricing and promotion domain Experience with deploying models Experience with time series predictive models Experience with feature engineering for time series data Experience with classical ML techniques Experience with CI/CD Google cloud (GCP) and Vertex AI Perks & Perks: Competitive salary & performance-based bonuses Work from home flexibility / Hybrid options Continuous learning budget & GenAI certifications Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects Dynamic and collaborative team environment .
