Senior AI & ML Engineer Generative AI Platform Engineering Location: Chennai & Pune (Hybrid 3 Days WFO) Experience: 6+ Years Budget: Up to 24 LPA Payroll Of Haparz We are looking for a Senior AI & ML Engineer to build and enhance enterprise-scale Generative AI Platform Engineering capabilities. In this role, you'll develop reusable AI frameworks, platform services, APIs, and agentic solutions that accelerate AI adoption across enterprise applications. You'll work alongside architects, platform engineers, and data scientists to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI platform capabilities supporting the complete AI/ML lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise Generative AI platform capabilities and reusable AI services. Build AI-powered applications using RAG, AI Agents, MCP architecture, and workflow automation. Develop scalable REST APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI. Build reusable frameworks for model deployment, inference, monitoring, and AI lifecycle management. Develop event-driven applications using Kafka and distributed architectures. Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices. Integrate vector databases, model serving frameworks, and AI orchestration tools. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams during design, development, and sprint execution. Optimize platform performance, observability, scalability, and security. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute innovative platform capabilities.
