Company Description Hindusthan Microfinance Private Limited (HMPL) is a mid-sized, registered NBFC operating in the microfinance sector since 2008. HMPL focuses on community development by supporting women entrepreneurs with tailored financial products and services. The company aims to transform customers into change makers in their communities, especially in small towns and villages. Its products are designed to address the specific needs and potential of women customers, promoting sustainable entrepreneurship and economic empowerment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Umreth. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations across assigned branches, ensure achievement of regional targets, and drive growth in microfinance products. The role involves leading and mentoring branch sales teams, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with HMPLs mission of supporting women entrepreneurship. Daily responsibilities include reviewing branch metrics, conducting field visits, building relationships with local communities, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Regional Sales Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership on planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen HMPLs presence in the region. Qualifications Strong regional sales management capabilities, including target setting, performance monitoring, and territory planning. Experience in microfinance, NBFC, or financial services, with understanding of lending practices and regulatory guidelines. Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop branch-level sales teams. Relationship-building and community engagement skills, particularly in rural and semi-urban markets. Analytical and reporting skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and propose improvement actions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local languages of the region preferred. Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and adapt to diverse cultural and socio-economic environments. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Prior experience in managing multiple branches or a regional portfolio will be highly beneficial. .
