The role supports the integration of new product ranges into the global catalogue, working closely with local and international teams to ensure correct SKU codification, completeness of attributes, and reliability of information published to internal and digital systems (eCommerce, etc.). This position directly contributes to structuring the product offering and to the continuous improvement of data management processes. Key Responsibilities SKU Creation & Management Create new SKUs in the ERP in line with established rules Apply codification and nomenclature standard Update existing product records Verify data consistency before validation Integration of New Product Ranges Support the onboarding of new product lines into the global catalogue Understand the technical characteristics and structure of products Adapt data models and attributes where required Ensure consistency with the existing product offering PIM Operations Create and maintain product records in the PIM Complete and verify mandatory attributes Help structure product categories and families Ensure ERP PIM synchronisation Data Quality & Reliability Monitor data completeness and consistency Identify and correct errors Track data quality metrics (KPIs) Contribute to improving product creation workflows Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, and Supply Chain teams Work with local and regional teams to collect product data Ensure alignment of product information across regions Gather inputs needed for product enrichment Participate in projects to evolve tools and processes Candidate Profile Required Bachelors degree (B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / B.Com or equivalent) 25 years of experience in product data management/master data / ERP environments Strong ability to understand technical products High attention to detail and a rigorous, methodical approach Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, data cleansing) Strong written and verbal English, with the ability to work in international teams Preferred / Good to Have Hands-on experience with an ERP system (SAP MM / S/4HANA preferred; experience with other ERPs also valued) Working knowledge of a PIM tool (Akeneo, Salsify, inRiver, Pimcore, etc.) Comfort coordinating with European teams (some overlap with [CET / European] working hours may be required) .
