Role Overview We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that solve real business problems. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data science, software engineering, and machine learning to create scalable AI-powered features, automation workflows, and predictive solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and software developers to transform concepts into production-ready AI applications. What You Will Do You will develop machine learning and generative AI models, optimize inference pipelines, and support the full lifecycle of AI solutions from experimentation to deployment. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
