HR Recruiter

Role: Recruiters are responsible for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. Responsibilities: Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipelineScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screeningsTake ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develop relevant job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements (in coordination with the team lead)Perform reference checks as needFacilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment termsStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practicesManage the overall interview, selection, and closing processEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulationsQualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any field2 years of recruiting experience preferred (Even Freshers are encouraged to apply )Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingDemonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trustPay: 9,446.97 - 30,824.62 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementCommuter assistanceFlexible schedulePaid time offWork Location: In person .
