Job Title: Recruiter Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and engaging with top-tier candidates. You will play an essential part in building strong relationships with potential hires and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience that aligns with our organizational goals. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and networking events. Leverage recruiting software tools to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process. Proactively engage in cold calling and outreach to connect with prospective candidates and introduce them to exciting job opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely updates, feedback, and a positive candidate experience. Maintain clear and effective communication with the hiring team to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with colleagues to refine recruiting strategies and share best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience in Engineering/ Utility recruitment or a related field is preferred. Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage candidates through innovative approaches. Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional connections with a diverse pool of candidates. Proficiency with recruitment software, such as Recruiter Flow and Ceipal, is a plus. Demonstrated ability to negotiate offers and effectively manage candidate expectations. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and persuasive communication. Flexibility to work within the US Eastern Time Zone; prior experience with US-based recruiting is advantageous. Must be able to work on a time-sensitive deadline.
