The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, leading a team of recruiters, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the acquisition of top talent for our BPS operations. The Lead Recruiter will play a crucial role in efficiently scaling our workforce to meet business demands. Responsibilities: Volume Hiring Strategy Develop and implement effective volume hiring strategies to meet the dynamic staffing needs of our BPS operations. Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and design scalable recruitment processes. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters specializing in volume hiring. Provide guidance and training to enhance the team's skills in managing high-volume recruitment. End-to-End Volume Recruitment: Oversee the entire volume recruitment lifecycle, ensuring streamlined processes and timely fulfillment of staffing requirements. Implement innovative and efficient sourcing methods to attract a large pool of qualified candidates. Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to quickly respond to high-volume hiring demands. Implement proactive recruitment strategies to identify and engage potential candidates. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze volume recruitment metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of strategies. Provide regular reports on volume hiring activities, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with HR partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand volume hiring needs and align recruitment efforts. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and managing large-scale communication strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter in high-volume hiring within the BPO or similar industry. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, specifically in volume hiring, is preferred. Strong knowledge of volume recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
