Hiring: Senior Sales Manager Gold Loan Location: Chandigarh Experience: 510 Years Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Service Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior Sales Manager Gold Loan to lead business growth, strengthen market presence, and manage high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Gold Loan sales, branch business development, team leadership, portfolio growth, and customer acquisition within the Banking or NBFC sector. Key Responsibilities Lead and drive Gold Loan business across assigned branches/territories to achieve business and revenue targets.Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and market penetrationRecruit, train, mentor, and monitor the performance of Sales Managers, Relationship Officers, and field sales teams.Build strong relationships with customers, local influencers, channel partners, and business associates to generate quality leads.Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.Monitor daily business performance, sales productivity, branch profitability, and portfolio quality through regular reviews.Drive branch expansion and local marketing initiatives to increase market share.Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC norms, internal policies, and operational processes.Oversee gold appraisal, loan processing, documentation, and disbursement while maintaining operational excellence.Minimize delinquency through portfolio monitoring and coordination with collections teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.Submit periodic MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in Gold Loan, Retail Lending, Banking, or NBFC salesDemonstrated success in achieving business targets and leading multi-branch or territory sales teams.Strong understanding of Gold Loan products, lending processes, branch operations, and portfolio management.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Strong analytical ability with experience in business planning and performance management.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
