Job Description: Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead with experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving performance to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training Ensure smooth operations across sales/service/back-office functions Coordinate with internal departments to improve workflow and productivity Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Prepare reports, MIS, and performance dashboards Identify process improvements and implement best practices Required Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Good knowledge of automobile industry processes Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience in dealership/automobile company is an advantage .
