Taking daily rounds over the facility for ensuring all engineering services are up & running. Operating AVVC system and providing support during VIP visit. Conducting vendor meeting and updating vendor meeting tracker. Conducting M & E team training and updating training calendar. Maintain Vendor PM Schedule & In house PM schedule. Vendor coordination and follow-up. Raising change request for critical equipments PPM activity before 15 days and updating the change request tracker. Updating KPC, Harmonization trackers. Raising incident by informing GOC team and preparing of incident report. Preparing Yearly PPM calendar for critical and non-critical equipment. Preparing training PPT. Preparing MMR report and monthly consumption report. Daily service report to Senior Executive and Reporting manager. Follow up with service providers for maintenance work Monitoring BMS system and resolving the BMS issue. Monitoring all project work. Electrical Operation and Maintenance Services. UPS Power, AHU, PAC, VRV, all type AC Operating and handling. Fire Alarm panel, VESDA, PA system, NOVEC gas. Maintenance of all plumbing and carpentry related queries. Preparing incident report and raising incident tickets. Maintenance related reports and reading updates. Update monthly power consumption. Follow up with service providers for maintenance work Preparing all snag lists. Asset records of all technical equipment's. Preparing a complaint register. .
