Location: 8 Days in a Month at Vashi Office & Remaining Working Days at Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai Experience: 13 Years Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst with experience in Bank Audit, specifically in verification of credit loan files through Concurrent Audit or Internal Audit. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Core Banking Systems, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities - Verify and review retail and corporate credit loan files for completeness and compliance. - Conduct concurrent/internal audit of loan documentation as per bank policies and regulatory guidelines. - Examine sanction letters, KYC documents, financial statements, collateral documents, and supporting records. - Identify discrepancies, documentation gaps, and policy deviations in loan files. - Prepare audit observations and reports with appropriate supporting evidence. - Coordinate with branch officials and internal stakeholders to resolve audit queries. - Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and audit procedures. - Maintain audit documentation and records accurately. - Prepare MIS reports and update audit trackers using MS Excel. Required Skills - Experience in Bank Audit, preferably Concurrent Audit or Internal Audit. - Hands-on experience in verification of credit loan files. - Working knowledge of Core Banking Systems (CBS). - Strong proficiency in MS Excel. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Positive email drafting and professional correspondence skills. - Strong analytical ability with attention to detail. Eligibility Criteria - Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related discipline. - 13 years of experience in Bank Audit or Credit Audit. - Experience in loan documentation verification is mandatory.
