Role Purpose Rustomjee is looking for a senior business leader to build and scale a customer-led growth ecosystem that strengthens customer relationships, drives advocacy, creates a world-class membership and privileges platforms. The role will be responsible for developing customers and influencing the sales value through customer lifetime value enhancement, repeat purchases, upgrades, family referrals, strategic partnerships, community engagement and global market development. This is not a traditional CRM, loyalty or referral marketing role. We are looking for a commercially oriented leader who can build relationships, communities, partnerships and experiences that translate into long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities Loyalty/Membership & Customer Ecosystem Design and launch a premium Rustomjee Membership Platform Develop customer privilege and recognition programs Build customer communities across projects and cohorts Create engagement programs for HNIs, entrepreneurs, professionals and families Establish customer advocacy and ambassador programs Drive customer lifetime value and repeat purchase behaviour Experiences & Community Building Curate exclusive customer experiences Founder interactions Golf and lifestyle events Wellness and cultural experiences Business networking forums Family engagement programs Build an ecosystem where customers view Rustomjee as a long-term relationship and not merely a property developer.
