Role Description The Real Estate Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves identifying prospective buyers and investors, presenting suitable residential and commercial properties, and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, managing inquiries, following up on leads, negotiating offers, and coordinating with developers, owners, and legal teams to ensure timely closure of deals. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions, prepare basic documentation, and stay updated on local market trends, pricing, and new projects. The role also requires building long-term client relationships through proactive communication, high-quality customer service, and consistent after-sales support. Qualifications Real Estate License and strong understanding of local real estate regulations and real property concepts.Demonstrated experience in Real Estate sales, including property showcasing, negotiation, and deal closure.Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage client expectations, and provide clear guidance.Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and achievement of sales targets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Noida, travel locally for client meetings and property visits, and manage time effectively.Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, messaging apps, and property listing platforms).Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate in the NCR region is preferred; a bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial. .
