Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and research-driven Management Consulting Associate to work on: - Market Feasibility Studies - Financial Feasibility & Project Viability Reports - Demand-Supply Gap Analysis - Detailed Project Reports (DPR) - Business Planning for New Hospitals This role requires structured thinking, strong financial acumen, and on-ground research capability. Key Responsibilities 1. Market Research & Feasibility - Conduct primary and secondary research for hospital projects - Perform demographic and disease burden analysis - Competitor benchmarking (services, pricing, occupancy, specialties) - Catchment area mapping and demand assessment - Conduct field surveys and stakeholder interviews 2. Financial Feasibility & Modeling - Prepare 510 year financial projections - Revenue forecasting based on specialty mix & occupancy assumptions - Capex and Opex estimation - Break-even, IRR, ROI, and payback analysis - Sensitivity analysis and risk assessment 3. Business Strategy & Reporting - Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPR) - Assist in investor pitch decks and financial presentations - Support hospital positioning & pricing strategy - Present research findings to clients 4. Travel & Field Work Travel to different cities and project locations for: - On-ground surveys - Market validation - Competitor visits - Data collection Travel frequency depends on project requirements Qualifications - BBA/MBA Healthcare Administration - 02 years of experience in healthcare consulting, hospital management, research, or finance - Fresher with solid analytical and financial skills may apply Required Skills - Advanced MS Excel & financial modeling skills - Strong analytical & logical thinking - Report writing & presentation skills (PowerPoint) - Understanding of hospital revenue streams - Ability to interpret data and convert insights into strategy What Were Looking For - High ownership mindset - Structured and disciplined working style - Strong numerical ability - Willingness to travel and work on field-based research - Passion for healthcare entrepreneurship Compensation - CTC: 34 LPA (Depending on technical knowledge, financial modeling capability, analytical skills, and overall caliber of the candidate.) - Performance-based growth and learning exposure in multi-crores healthcare projects.
