The opportunityProhmeo is seeking a senior homeopathic physician to establish a clinically responsible, scalable model for personalized skin and hair care. The Medical Director will define where consumer AI and OTC guidance end, where practitioner review begins, and how clinical independence, documentation, consent and patient safety are protected as the platform grows. This is not a brand-endorsement or honorary advisory role. It is an operating leadership position for a doctor who can create protocols, recruit respected practitioners, review product and claims strategy, audit quality, and represent Prohmeo credibly with doctors, partners and investors. Core responsibilitiesDefine and maintain Prohmeo's clinical philosophy, standard-of-care framework and homeopathy beauty strategy.Create protocols for skin, scalp and hair concerns, including eligibility, contraindications, escalation criteria, follow-up and discontinuation rules.Establish clear boundaries between cosmetic assessment, wellness guidance, OTC recommendations and clinical diagnosis or prescribing.Design the AI-to-doctor red-flag and escalation pathway for sensitive, persistent, severe or clinically inappropriate cases.Recruit, credential, train and govern an initial network of founding city anchors and teleconsult practitioners.Lead consultation SOPs, informed consent, clinical documentation, prescribing standards, audits, complaints and incident review.Provide clinical input to formulations, regimen architecture, patient education and the approved claims matrix.Core responsibilities - continuedWork with qualified legal and regulatory advisers on country-specific claims, product classification and practitioner requirements.Build an outcomes and evidence programme covering standardized progress tracking, adherence, patient-reported outcomes and adverse events.Protect practitioner independence by ensuring equity, referral, product and commercial incentives do not override clinical judgment.Represent Prohmeo's medical strategy in investor, manufacturer, practitioner and professional-community discussions.PROHMEO | FOUNDING PARTNER OPPORTUNITIESEarly-stage founding opportunity.
