Working directly with the CEO, you will turn financial and operational data into smarter business decisions and help implement those decisions across the company. Responsibilities Build financial models, forecasts, budgets and cash-flow scenariosAnalyze hiring decisions, compensation plans, unit economics and growth investmentsEvaluate profitability by recruiter, client and business lineImprove management reporting, financial controls and business continuityManage and mentor our Senior BookkeeperIdentify growth opportunities and operational inefficienciesLead prioritized business-improvement initiatives Must-Have Skills: 612 years in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, corporate strategy or business operationsStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsSolid understanding of accounting and financial controlsExperience in a startup or scaling companyComfortable working directly with founders and functional leadersExperience supporting U.S. or multinational businessesExcellent English and substantial U.S. Pacific Time overlapMBA, CPA, CMA or CFA preferred but not required Were looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial operator, not someone who only prepares reports or presentations.
