You will lead initiatives that optimize pricing, funding models and supplier performance while identifying innovation opportunities that improve business outcomes and employee experience. This role combines commercial acumen, market intelligence and strategic stakeholder engagement to strengthen healthcare, risk and retirement benefit programs. Success is measured through cost optimization, enhanced renewal outcomes, effective broker governance and a future-ready benefits ecosystem. What You Will Be Doing Develop and execute global commercial strategies for benefits renewals, broker relationships and vendor partnershipsLead broker selection, governance, performance management and transition activities where applicableAnalyze market trends, benchmarking data and AI-driven insights to optimize pricing and improve renewal outcomesDrive supplier innovation and conduct ongoing market scans to identify emerging opportunities and risksBuild and evaluate cost models, funding strategies and commercial recommendations supporting benefit programsPartner with Finance, Legal, Tax, Operations, Communications and country stakeholders to align commercial decisions with governance requirementsEstablish and maintain performance metrics to assess broker and supplier value, effectiveness and service qualityConnect commercial decisions to product design, employee experience objectives and country-specific requirementsDefine clear ownership and handoff processes between broker management, renewal execution teams and operational stakeholdersLeverage data, automation and technology-enabled insights to improve decision-making and strengthen long-term operating models What You Bring 8 to 12 years of experience in commercial benefits strategy, broker management, insurance, consulting or vendor relationship management Strong understanding of healthcare, risk and retirement benefits, including funding approaches and renewal cyclesExperience leading broker selection, governance frameworks and supplier performance management initiativesAdvanced analytical skills with expertise in cost modeling, pricing optimization, benchmarking and commercial evaluationsAbility to leverage data, AI-enabled insights and market intelligence to influence strategic decisionsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business, finance, legal and operational functionsExperience evaluating supplier markets, identifying innovation opportunities and delivering commercial recommendationsBachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, professional experience and demonstrated capabilities Added Bonus ( If any) Experience supporting global benefits programs across multiple countries and regionsKnowledge of insured benefit structures, brokerage services and vendor ecosystem managementExperience utilizing benefits benchmarking platforms, analytics tools and automation technologiesExposure to funding analysis, procurement practices or strategic sourcing methodologiesProfessional certifications related to employee benefits, insurance, risk management or procurement What We Offer You At FIS, you can grow your career as far as you want to take it.
