Reconciliation Executive

About the job: UniAcco is looking for a reconciliation executive to support the reconciliation process by maintaining accurate records, assisting with invoicing, tracking payments, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in finance operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in invoice generation and reconciliation of accounts. 2. Update and maintain reconciliation trackers with accuracy. 3. Track pending payments and follow up with internal teams when required. 4. Identify and report discrepancies in invoices or payments. 5. Coordinate with Finance and other stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues. 6. Ensure all records and documentation are updated and maintained. 7. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet defined timelines.
