About the Role: We are looking for an accomplished Senior Sales professional to drive new business growth across our SaaS-based solutions, BPO services, and Automation (RPA & AI) offerings. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in consultative selling, a deep understanding of enterprise technology buyers, and a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's vision for its RPA, AI, and Automation Services portfolio, including SaaS and BPO solutions. Identify, qualify, nurture, and close new logo opportunities across SaaS, BPO, and Automation segments by leveraging existing sales and marketing channels. Build client-centric proposal responses (RFI / PQQ / RFP / ITT / RFQ) aligned to defined win themes and value propositions. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed individual and team targets. Foster a collaborative, innovation-driven sales culture focused on continuous improvement. Drive operational efficiency across the sales lifecycle, translating strategic objectives into measurable, actionable plans. Proactively generate pipeline through networking, cold calling, account-based outreach, and other demand-generation activities. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and prospective clients. Strengthen the WonderBotz brand and effectively position partner brands in the market. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between sales strategy and overall business goals. Required Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Senior Sales professional / Sales Leader in the technology sector, ideally selling SaaS solutions, BPO services, and Automation (RPA/AI) offerings. Strong technical understanding of AI-driven contact center solutions and RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.). Hands-on expertise across pre-sales, sales, and solutioning cycles. Demonstrated ability to craft compelling proposals in response to RFPs and enterprise procurement processes. Strong client engagement skills at both C-suite and operational levels, with the ability to structure and facilitate executive workshops. Excellent team-building, leadership, and interpersonal capabilities. Track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand market footprint in the RPA, SaaS, and BPO space. Desired Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-energy, and intellectually challenging environment. Eagerness to continuously sharpen sales and marketing acumen. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Highly self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented.
