Client Service Manager

Responsibilities Key Account Management & rapport building. End to end campaign execution & delivery - starting from taking a handover from business development team to delivery to end client. Ensure milestone-based campaign execution and smooth delivery of each campaign. Co-ordinating with various internal & external teams: Internal - Creative, Tech, Product Development, Delivery & Fulfilment, Operations, finance etc. External - client, procurement, finance team, their external agencies etc. Handle and deliver multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across organization. Responsible for new product & ideas generation which can be pitched to various clients. Identify new opportunities with the existing client and inform business development team to pursue it. Perform senior-level client negotiation and management skills, with clear and excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills. Qualification & Skills Min 2-3 years of experience in client servicing and account management. Prior experience in growing accounts and mining new opportunities within existing accounts. Graduate/Postgraduate/ MBA in marketing is preferred. Exceptional Customer Service and Relationship building experience. Experience in traditional advertising, direct marketing, or similar media environment is a plus. Agency background is highly preferred. Good communication skills. Ability to handle pressure. .
