Business Development & Sales Area wise Promoting the products through a network with Architects /Interior Designers / Consultants / Contractors / Builders & Developers. Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. Accomplishment of achieved targets set by the company for overall growth. Managing the sales & distribution network for the assigned region Executing different brand promotion activities as decided by management time to time to increase the brand visibility in the region Submission of timely reports regarding sales for the project pipeline/Distribution network. Optimum utilisation of resources & cost management Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market trends. Represent the company at industry events, Exhibitions, and conferences. Willingness to travel if required for business expansion. RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles, preferably within building material industry. Fluency in Communication. Good at Ms Excel, Power Point, Word. Energetic, pleasing personality. .
