Finance & Accounts Executive

Accounts Executive Job Summary We are looking for an organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.Support other finance and administrative tasks as required.Qualifications B.com/M.com GraduateFresher or 13 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience requirements may vary).Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems.Familiarity with taxation and statutory compliance is preferred.Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP software and advanced Excel functions is desirable.Compensation: 14,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceLeave encashmentWork Location: In person .
