Key Responsibilities: - Fitness Assessments: Evaluate clients' physical condition, capabilities, and medical history before starting any program. - Program Design: Create tailored exercise regimens focusing on strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. - Instruction: Demonstrate proper form and movement techniques, offering modifications and adjustments to prevent injuries. - Progress Tracking: Monitor client performance, record measurements, and adjust training plans as fitness milestones are met. - Client Motivation: Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability to keep clients engaged and committed. - Education: Share general nutritional advice, recovery tips, and healthy lifestyle guidance.
