The role also requires close collaboration with the warehouse, accounts, and management teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess robust skills in Import and Import Export processes, including documentation, compliance, and coordination with logistics partners. Candidates should possess solid Export and International Trade skills to manage overseas orders, trade regulations, and communication with global clients. Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, build relationships, resolve issues, and provide post-sales support.
