Transition Lead Procurement (S2P)Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Contract (1 Year TeamLease Payroll) Salary: 1222 LPA Working Days: 5 Days Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Vendor-to-Vendor (V2V) Procurement/S2P transition projects.Manage transition planning, governance, cutover, and hypercare.Drive Knowledge Transfer (KT), data migration, and process transition.Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders.Ensure compliance, risk management, and smooth procurement operations.Mandatory RequirementsBPO Transition industry experience is mandatory.Transition Management experience is mandatory.Minimum 610 years of Procurement/S2P/P2P Operations experience.Minimum 3 years of Vendor-to-Vendor (V2V) Transition experience.Hands-on experience in SAP and Ariba is mandatory.Strong experience in Procurement Operations, Vendor Management, and Invoice Processing.Proven Project Management experience.Strong Knowledge Transfer (KT) and Data Migration experience.Immediate to 30 Days Notice Period preferred.Skills: S2P, P2P, SAP, Ariba, Transition Management, Procurement Operations, Vendor Management, Invoice Processing, Project Management, Data Migration, Knowledge Transfer, Stakeholder Management. .
