Change Manager Contract Delhi/Hyderabad Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end IT Change Management lifecycle in accordance with ITIL best practices. Review, assess, and approve Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes. Chair and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings. Evaluate change requests for business impact, technical risks, dependencies, and implementation readiness. Coordinate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Database, Application, and Operations teams for change planning and execution. Ensure all changes are properly documented, tested, approved, implemented, and reviewed. Monitor change schedules to identify conflicts and minimize service disruptions. Perform Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) and ensure corrective actions are tracked. Develop and maintain Change Management policies, processes, procedures, and documentation. Track and report Change Management KPIs, including change success rate, emergency changes, failed changes, and SLA compliance. Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the Change Management process. Ensure compliance with governance, audit, security, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with Incident, Problem, Release, Configuration, and Service Delivery teams. .
