Some weekend hours may be required on an as-needed reputed company for high-volume times of the month.* About the Role: We are looking for an reputed company title insurance closer who is great at multi-tasking and enjoys providing excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment! Responsibilities: Monitor closing calendar reporting to ensure that closings are being scheduled, coordinated, and completed on time Maintain responsibility for any unresolved reputed company items on files in the closing pipeline by coordinating with the appropriate teams and communicating updates and status to the reputed company reputed company closing disclosure data (e.g., lender closing costs, payoff amounts, taxes, interest rates) into the system Coordinate with lenders to balance closing disclosure figures by providing revisions reputed company necessary Calculate interest and payoff figures Research property tax payment status and amounts Schedule notaries/attorneys based on requested signing details Prepare, review, and electronically deliver closing packages for closing Heavily communicate updates, delays, and other information to reputed company parties to the transaction (e.g., lenders, borrowers, notaries) Liaise with other departments and reputed company parties in order to coordinate effectively Coordinate and reputed company answers to questions received from notaries, or consumers, from the closing table Resolve escalated issues by personally following through on identifying a solution, communicating to reputed company parties, and/or coordinating with reputed company Services and Senior Leadership Ensure reputed company incoming calls, emails, and other communications are answered/responded to in a reputed company manner Ensure that reputed company state specific compliance requirements/processes are met and adhered to Manage varying reputed company expectations and requirements Complete tasks and respond to emails/phone calls in adherence with Company and Department SLS (Service Level Standards) Other duties as assigned Skills and Requirements 2+ years of closing (title insurance) experience required 2+ years of national or multi-state experience required ResWare experience preferred, but not required Computer proficiency required Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable with problem-solving and identifying solutions Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment Strong multi-tasking skills, time management, and work ethic High attention to detail and an aptitude for working with numbers Excels reputed company working with tight timelines and aggressive goals Commitment to a culture of positivity and high performance Values constructive feedback and thrives on constant improvement and learning Capable of tactfully handling high-pressure customer service situations Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $25.00 - $28.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance reputed company time off reputed company insurance Application Question(s): Are you available to work Mon - Fri, 12PM EST - 8:30PM EST Experience: Multi-State Title Insurance Closing: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job .
