About Us PIPECARE GROUP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Noida, India. PIPECARE Provide complete Solutions to all aspects of all aspects of In Line- Solutions in the oil and gas industry and ensure pipeline integrity by providing highly accurate information for Maintenance and Repair Programs. PIPECARE innovations are based on continuous product & services improvements & developments. We have the second-largest fleet of intelligent In-line inspection tools & full range of pipeline diameters from 2 to 56 in the world and have designed and manufactured inspection systems utilizing the latest technologies and highly skilled people. Position summary: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Domain and will have overall responsibility for implementation of corporate HR policies and procedures as well as ensuring their compliance with the local labour laws. HR Generalist will coordinate employee service requirements and concerns of LIN, which includes and are not limited to areas such as: organization of trainings, administration employee benefits and leaves, implementation of HR policies, delivery of HR induction, fulfillment of employee requests, employment documentation, filing of records, etc. Key Responsibilities & Authorities: Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Human Resources Department by assuring the timely coordination and communication of all HR-related issues between regional and HO central offices.Assist in the recruitment process by arranging interview schedules, screening CVs and conducting interviews.Administer compensation and benefit plans.Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding.Deliver disciplinary action procedures and recommend appropriate corrective measures as per corporate procedures and in accordance with the local labor legislation.Help organize training & development initiatives.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.Promote HR programs and initiatives to create an efficient workplace.Assist in implementation of HR Policies and Procedures.Deliver HR induction and schedule and follow up on delivery of other corporate inductions as per onboarding procedure.Organize annual Employee Performance Assessments.Maintain updated, secure and confidential HR file system as per corporate standards and aligned with local labour legislation.Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.Ensure compliance with local labor regulations.Coordinate administrative tasks such as visa processing, employment requirements, legalization of documents, medical insurance and other HR requests.Keep records of all leaves including Annual Leave, Personal leaves, Sick leaves, Field Breaks, etc.Execute Employee Clearance and Handover related activities for Annual leaves, Emergency Leaves, Field Breaks, Termination / Resignation, etc. Employee ticket booking related activities for the listed matters.Create Personal files (Hard files) and E-files for new employees, maintaining the labeling and filling system, scanning all the documents and following up on documentation.Create profiles for employees in ERP, upload the salary details, and change in position/designation in ERP.Approve Daily Attendance for all LIN SCAN/PIPECARE employees in the assigned territory.Prepare and maintain the salary adjustment file on the monthly basis, finalize and submit monthly payroll for further financial approval.Update the Training Matrix and keep the records.Ability to handle operational Manpower center, Open to Travel on Sites travels to KSA, India field, Egypt office.Directly handle employees to solve mostly minor issues or concerns of the employees.Prepare and keep the records of all the HR-related documents like: job offers, employee contracts, probation confirmation letters, promotion letters, salary certificates, clearance and liability letters, warning and termination letters, etc.Executes other task as might be requested by HR & Development Manager and/or by Corporate HR Director and Head of the regional office. Skills/Experience: Masters Degree in Administration or any other related certificationMin 5-7 years experience in complex organizations (multi-national, matrix, cross cultural, multi-location & Manufacturing plant experience required)In depth and expert knowledge of local Labor Law and broad knowledge of HR.Male candidate preferred.Location: Greater Noida .
