DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced APAC HR People Operations Specialist to join our team in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations for our growing team in the Asia-Pacific region. ResponsibilitiesProvide full-cycle HR support to employees in the APAC region, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relationsPartner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectivesDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulationsProvide guidance and support to managers on employee performance and developmentManage employee data in HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentialitySupport HR projects and initiatives as neededSkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2-5 years of experience in HR operations in the APAC region, preferably in the technology industryKnowledge of local labor laws and regulations in IndiaExperience with HRIS systems and data managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment .
