HR Officer

Job Title: HR Officer Location: GAIL India Limited Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh Department: Human Resources Job Summary: The HR Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations at the Auraiya site, including recruitment support, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, employee relations, statutory compliance, contract labour management, training coordination, and HR documentation. The role ensures compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws while supporting a productive and positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.Support payroll processing and employee benefits.Handle employee grievances and engagement initiatives.Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.Manage contract labour documentation and compliance.Coordinate training and performance management activities.Prepare HR reports and support internal/external audits.Qualifications & Experience: Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.36 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial environments.Good knowledge of labour laws, MS Office, and HR processes.Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person .
