WWF-India is hiring an Assistant Manager/Manager HR Operations in New Delhi. The role involves managing the employee lifecycle, HRMS management, documentation, and employee relations. The position offers a salary of up to 10 lac per annum with additional benefits. Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager HR Operations Company: WWF-India Location: New Delhi, Delhi, India, 110003 About WWF-India: WWF-India is a leading conservation organization working to protect Indias natural heritage. They are dedicated to the conservation of nature and the sustainable use of natural resources. Job Summary: WWF-India seeks a competent HR professional to manage the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations of internal policies, procedures, and systems. This role requires strong HRMS management skills, meticulous record-keeping, and excellent stakeholder relationship management. Responsibilities: * Pre-Boarding & Onboarding: Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Guide new hires through digital onboarding, coordinate their joining across locations, and design/organize induction programs. * HRMS Management: Manage all HRMS modules (onboarding, probation, contract management, exit), monitor employee lifecycle stages, and facilitate related processes. * HR Records & Documentation: Validate joining documents, maintain employee files, manage all employee lifecycle documentation, and ensure regular audits of physical records. * Employee Separation: Manage the exit process for all departing staff, ensuring smooth transitions and F&F settlements. * Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, resolve employee grievances, conduct investigations, support exit interviews, and analyze feedback to generate actionable insights. * HR Policy: Provide policy guidance, contribute to policy reviews and iterations, and support the development of new policies. Requirements: * MBA in Human Resources Management from a reputed institute. * 4-6 years of experience (Assistant Manager) or 5-7 years of experience (Manager). * Strong networking and relationship-building skills. * High digital acumen and analytical skills with strong MS Excel proficiency. * Excellent command of Hindi and English (verbal and written). * Passion for conservation/sustainability. Compensation: CTC up to 10 lac/per annum with additional benefits. .
