Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at Petrochem is a full-time, on-site position based in Bagru, RIICO, Jaipur. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting payroll and benefits, Attendance, Leave Management and hands on experience with compliance, administration in coordination with relevant teams. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, address routine queries, assist in performance management processes, and support the implementation of HR policies and compliance requirements. The role also includes coordinating recruitment activities, supporting training and development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will work closely with department heads to ensure consistent application of HR standards and a positive workplace environment. Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to oversee core HR functions.Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HR systems, and coordination of HR processes.Skills in Employee Relations, with the capacity to support conflict resolution, engagement activities, and employee communication.Knowledge of HR Policies and relevant employment regulations, ensuring consistent and compliant application across the organization.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.Proficiency with HR software and MS Office tools; experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is beneficial. .
