HR Generalist - Series B Startup Role Overview: As an HR Generalist, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing comprehensive HR support across various functions. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. Your contributions will directly impact employee engagement, talent development, and overall organizational effectiveness, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees. - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. - Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness in the market. - Address employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing guidance to managers on conflict resolution and performance management. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Contribute to the development and execution of HR initiatives, such as talent development programs, employee engagement surveys, and performance management processes. - Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations for improvement.
