Senior Manager, HR M&A

We are a rapidly growing financial services firm focused on delivering customized investment solutions to HNIs and UHNIs. Our offerings span across equity, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, structured products, and other wealth management instruments. We are expanding our team and looking for high-performing Wealth Managers to lead our client acquisition and relationship management efforts. We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle. The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, people management, and compliance to support organizational growth and foster a positive workplace culture. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding). Employee Engagement & Relations Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values. Performance Management Support implementation of performance appraisal systems. HR Operations & Compliance Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Learning & Development Identify training needs in consultation with managers. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 6 to 10 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems. Exposure to diverse HR functions and strategic initiatives. .
