Job Description Lead end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers and employee separations.Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration and full & final settlements.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, labor laws and audit requirements.Partner with business leaders on employee relations, engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.Oversee HRMS data accuracy, reporting and process standardization initiatives.Support administration and workplace management through vendor and facilities coordination.Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports and workforce analytics for leadership review.Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, employee experience, and service delivery.
