Role Description The Social Media Management Intern will support Zeba Pros marketing team in managing and growing the companys presence across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in content planning, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and helping track performance metrics. The intern will collaborate with team members to create creative content ideas, participate in basic campaign execution, and research trends relevant to HR tech and workforce management. This is an internship role based on-site in Faridabad, offering hands-on learning in social media and digital branding within a fast-growing HRMS company. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in social media platform management (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and basic content scheduling tools. Candidates should possess skills in content creation, including copywriting for posts, captions, and simple visual storytelling. Candidates should possess skills in basic analytics, including tracking engagement metrics and preparing simple performance reports. Candidates should possess skills in research, including trend analysis and competitor benchmarking in HR tech and SaaS. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Faridabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively. Basic familiarity with design tools (such as Canva or similar) and interest in HR technology or SaaS products is beneficial. Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred. .
