Strategy Analyst

Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent. This is a project based opportunity for Freelancers/Independent Consultants. Our client, a leading management consulting firm is looking to engage with a consultant to support a strategic project focused on the Latin American market. The ideal candidate will bring a strong consulting background, experience working in key Latin American markets, and expertise in the pharmaceutical sector. Key Requirements -Conducting market research and landscape analysis across relevant Latin American markets, with a focus on Mexico and/or Brazil. -Providing insights on pharmaceutical pricing dynamics, reimbursement environments, and market access pathways. -Analyzing payer landscapes, healthcare systems, competitor pricing strategies, and access barriers. -Supporting the development of pricing and market access recommendations based on market data and stakeholder insights. -Synthesizing findings into clear strategic insights, presentations, and executive-ready recommendations. -Collaborating with internal project teams and stakeholders to support decision-making. Duration-5-6 working weeks total, project break from mid Aug to beginning September Location- Remote (any, should be flexible to work with Singapore and EU time.) Skills Required Prior experience in management consulting is required ((e.g., ex-McKinsey, BCG, Bain, simon-Kucher, LEK, IQVIA, etc.) Candidates with only industry experience will not be considered. Demonstrated experience working on projects in Mexico and/or Brazil is strongly preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical pricing and market access (P&MA) is highly desirable. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. .
