The Opportunity As a Senior Manager in FAAS Managed Services, you will lead pre-sales solutioning, large-scale pursuits, and commercial strategy, enabling successful deal closure and supporting revenue growth across markets. You will act as a solution architect and pursuit leader, translating client requirements into scalable, outcome-driven solutions, while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives, delivery feasibility, and profitability. This role requires strong expertise across F&A solution design, RFX management, pricing strategy, stakeholder engagement, and client presentations, along with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic deal outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities Lead F&A pre-sales, solutioning, and client enablement initiatives aligned to growth priorities Develop and lead solutioning for large, integrated F&A revenue pursuits Analyse client artifacts, RFP documents, and stakeholders inputs to understand business requirements and challenges Translate client needs into comprehensive, outcome-driven solution proposals aligned to EY capabilities Build effort estimation models (FTE), cost structures, and benefit cases to support proposals Lead participation in client workshops, discovery sessions, and FGDs, including solution shaping and cost discussions Ensure alignment between solution design, operational feasibility, and commercial viability Act as deal/pursuit owner, leading end-to-end responses for RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes Drive the full pursuit lifecycle including: Opportunity assessment and qualification Solution structuring and proposal development Executive story lining and value articulation Pricing and commercial modelling Coordinate effectively between internal and external stakeholders to enable successful deal closure Lead solution defence sessions, presenting EYs differentiators and value propositions Support client meetings, orals, and demonstrations, including POC and solution walkthroughs Lead or support due diligence exercises where required Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with deal objectives and growth targets Design and execute pricing approaches including: Outcome-based pricing models Time & Material (T&M) pricing Hybrid pricing structures Ensure pricing is competitive, profitable, and supported by strong business justification Align pricing with internal delivery capability, cost models, and margin expectations Support negotiation strategies and commercial structuring for complex engagements Support mitigation of challenges across existing engagements and ensure continuity Ensure seamless alignment between pre-sales commitments and delivery execution capability Work .
