As a Senior Associate - Finance Transformation - Target Operating Model, you will be at the forefront of transforming financial operations for our clients. Within our Finance practice, you will specialise in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes, offering strategic guidance to optimise financial performance and decisionmaking. Your role will involve assessing financial operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to streamline processes, enhance controls, and reduce costs. Responsibilities Finance Transformation: Experience in finance function transformation, process optimisation, shared services/GBS transformation, and finance operating model initiatives.Target Operating Model (TOM) & Transition Management: Experience designing and implementing futurestate operating models, transition planning, governance, and operational readiness.Financial Modelling & Business Case Development: Ability to build financial models, perform costbenefit analysis, develop business cases, and support strategic decisionmaking.Analyzing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations.Developing and implementing financial solutions to enhance decisionmaking and optimise performance.Utilising datadriven analysis to provide actionable insights into workforce structures.Supporting the creation of organisational designs using organisation modelling software like Orgvue.Designing and developing data visualisations and dashboards with tools such as Power BI.Leveraging advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and business case development.Assisting in the design of futurestate operating models and role profiles aligned with strategic objectives.Contributing to transition management activities to facilitate smooth implementation of changes.Employing automation tools for data analysis and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.Collaborating with clients to address their most pressing challenges through innovative digital solutions.What You Must Have MBA (Finance), CA, CPA, CMA, or ICWA qualification with excellent stakeholder management, consulting, project management, and communication skills.At least a Bachelor's degree.At least 4 years of experience.Oral and written proficiency in English required.What Sets You Apart Experience in Workforce Planning, Organization Design, and Global Transformation programs.Exposure to Integration Management Office (IMO), M&A integration, Day 1 readiness, and largescale transformation governance.Experience leveraging AI, Automation, and OrgVue for finance activity assessment, workforce analytics, operating model assessment, and transformation decisionmaking.Utilising advanced Excel skills for financial modelling.Developing compelling data visualisations with Power BI.Leveraging organisation modelling software like Orgvue.Excelling in financial data mining and reporting.Embracing change and operational excellence.Supporting planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.Demonstrating proficiency in financial strategy and management. .
