The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical stores and inventory operations, with a sound understanding of GMP practices, inventory documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate effectively with Quality Assurance (QA), Production Planning, Commercial, and other cross-functional departments to ensure smooth inventory operations. - Manage day-to-day store activities, including inventory control, documentation, barcode tracking, and compliance with GMP requirements. - Verify incoming materials against approved indents and conduct initial checks to identify quantity discrepancies, quality issues, or specification deviations before quarantine or batch testing. - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updating of stock transactions in accordance with pharmaceutical documentation practices. - Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials as per company procedures. - Support inventory reconciliation, stock verification, and audit activities. - Adhere to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines while performing inventory-related activities. - Demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy, timelines, and operational efficiency in a rapid-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Desired Skills - Knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory and store operations. - Understanding of GMP, documentation, and inventory control practices. - Familiarity with barcode systems and inventory management processes. - Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/SAP systems will be an added advantage. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
