Support project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking progress. Conduct research and compile information to support ongoing initiatives and strategic planning. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures. Collaborate with team members on various assignments, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach. Assist with event planning and logistical support for internal or external company activities. Provide general office support as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Job Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Law, or a related non-technical field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills with solid attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
