Duck Creek Policy Technical Lead Location: Pune, Offshore Job Type: Fulltime Years of Experience: 6 to 12 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Duck Creek Policy Developer with a strong background in property and casualty insurance product development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building insurance products using the Duck Creek tool, ensuring high-quality coding, and providing mentorship to team members. Responsibilities: - Design and build property and casualty insurance products using the Duck Creek platform. - Document technical and solution approaches for projects. - Perform coding, unit testing, and code reviews within the Duck Creek environment. - Coach and assist team members in their project deliveries. Mandatory Skills: - Deep understanding of Duckcreek - Policy configuration. - Experience in manuscript coding and configuration using Duck Creek tools such as Product Studio. - Hands-on experience with DCT Pages, Rating, Forms, and workflow management. - Proficient in debugging tools (TraceMonitor, ExampleUtil, TSV Monitor, Data Tester). - Experience in 3rd Party Integration (EDI, 3PL, non-SAP systems). - Strong knowledge of XML, XSL, and Jscript. - Working experience with Duck Creek product versions 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, or 7.x. - Experience with MS SQL Version(2012,2016), including Stored Procedure, Triggers, and user-defined functions. Preferred Skills: - Valuable Verbal Communication. - Knowledge of the insurance industry. - Ability to work effectively in a Teamwork environment, including coaching and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Agile Methodology. Qualifications: - B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization or equivalent. - 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Duck Creek Policy Development. .
