Your key responsibilities include: Perform duplicate checks, book-in, and case management using Oracle Argus Safety Database. Verify source documents and ensure data accuracy. Perform data entry and quality review of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs). Correct ICSRs identified during signal reports and Health Hazard Assessment (HHA) activities. Support routine signal review and post-process quality checks (PPQC). Review FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) data. Handle literature case processing and scientific literature review. Follow up on safety cases and generate action items in Oracle Argus. Maintain compliance with pharmacovigilance procedures and regulatory guidelines. Eligibility & Qualifications Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications: B.Pharm M.Pharm Relevant Educational Background B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Research, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Life Sciences, or related healthcare disciplines. Experience Required Applicants should have: 12 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance Case Processing. Hands-on experience with Oracle Argus Safety Database is preferred.
