Supply chain Operation Executive (Executive SCM) (Panvel)

Job Title: Supply Chain Executive Operations Location: Navi Mumbai Department: Supply Chain / Operations Experience: 25 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage daily operations, ensure smooth coordination across departments, and optimize supply chain processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP and strong expertise in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and logistics Work on SAP ERP for order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and analysis using Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel) Monitor supply chain KPIs and suggest improvements Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency Handle documentation and compliance related to logistics and inventory Required Skills Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM / SD modules preferred) Expertise in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Analysis) Good analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field Preferred Qualifications: Certification in SAP or Supply Chain Management Experience in manufacturing, retail, or FMCG industry Interested Candidates can contact -9171730707 Share cv -shivani.samundre@white-force.in .
