Trade Operations Executive

Job Title: Trade Operations Executive Expected Starting Date: As Soon As Possible Who Are We Rehydr8 is a direct-to-consumer FMCG brand focusing on delivering good quality beverages using water from natural sources. What is Your Role Your role as a Trade Operations Executive is to ensure Rehydr8's product is always available, always moving, and always accounted for. Depending on the candidate, this full-time role is based in Bangalore (India) but can be considered for hybrid applicants as well. What is Your Objective Your objective in this role is to keep Rehydr8's supply chain and trade operations running smoothly from manufacturer to end point. You are expected to: 1) coordinate with manufacturers to ensure production and delivery timelines are met and fill rates remain high; 2) track inventory levels and stock counts across all distribution points on a day-to-day basis; and 3) manage the financial side of operations including invoicing, payment collection from partners, and payments to suppliers. To succeed in this role, you must be detail-oriented, follow up relentlessly, and take full ownership of outcomes. Our Expectations to Your Qualifications & Experience We value practical skill and hands-on experience over academic pedigree. That said, for this role we do require a baseline of relevant experience given the operational nature of the work: Prior experience in trade operations, supply chain, inventory management, or FMCG distribution (preferably in beverages or packaged goods); Comfortable managing manufacturer relationships and holding vendors accountable to timelines; Hands-on with invoicing, payment collection, and basic financial tracking; Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Tally or any inventory/ERP tool is a plus; Strong follow-through and communication (this role requires daily coordination across factories, partners, and internal teams); and A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Commerce, or Operations is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
