Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day operational activities.Manage and maintain data using Google Sheets.Handle payment portals and track payment transactions.Verify, update, and maintain confidential data with accuracy.Coordinate with internal teams and clients.Prepare operational reports and ensure timely task completion. RequirementsGood knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, filters, sorting, and lookups).Experience handling payment portals is preferred.Ability to manage confidential data with accuracy and discretion.Strong communication and organizational skills.Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.computer proficiency.Prior experience in operations or administration is an advantage.
