Experience Required 812 years of relevant experience working in Oracle Cloud SCMPreferred experience of Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) SCM (at least 23 years), including exposure to key modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM/WIP, Costing, or WMSShould have worked in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementationsExperience in a client-facing roleStrong exposure to integration, data conversion, and co-existence scenarios between EBS and FusionExperience in solution design, preparing functional specifications, and driving end to end deliveryHands on experience in application configuration, test case preparation, and execution Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities Lead requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM / or other prescribed methodologiesImplementation experience in at least 8 Oracle Fusion SCM modules, such as:Product ManagementProcurementOrder ManagementPricingInventoryCosting(Good to have) Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, Supply Chain Planning CloudConduct CRP sessions, participate in design reviews and solution discussionsMap business requirements to Oracle Fusion SCM modules:Product Management, OM Cloud, Pricing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, PlanningInterpret functional requirements and deliver solutions independently from offshoreDesign module specific solutions in a fully integrated Oracle Fusion environmentHandle Solution Design, Functional Fit Gap, Training, and TestingAssist business during CRP/SIT/UATPrepare high quality deliverables, documentation, test scripts, and test casesConduct trainings for users and internal teamsSupport the Project Management Office (PMO) with documentation and status reporting Competencies / Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to translate requirements into detailed design documentsProficiency in documenting using OUM or any structured methodologyStrong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor teamsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skillsAbility to quickly acquire and apply complex business knowledgeTeam player with strong collaboration abilitiesMust follow well defined release management processesAbility to multitask while staying focused on prioritiesMust have a valid passportWillingness to travel for client site work / business travel Education BE / MBA EY | Building a better working world EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.
