How to Apply: Email us at vipin.sharma@saltstayz.com Role Description: The Supply Acquisition Manager / Head (Hotel Onboarding Kolkata) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new hotel and stay partners that align with Saltstayzs brand and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include market mapping, outreach to property owners, conducting negotiations, and finalizing commercial agreements. The role also involves coordinating due diligence, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and collaborating with operations and revenue teams to make newly added properties guest-ready. The manager will track the performance of onboarded properties, maintain strong partner relationships, and provide regular updates and reports to leadership on regional supply growth. Qualifications Strong experience in business development, sales, or supply acquisition within hospitality, travel, or related industries.Skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship building with property owners and partners.Ability to conduct market research, analyze local demand and competition, and identify high-potential properties.Operational understanding of hotel onboarding processes, including documentation, compliance checks, and coordination with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; local language skills in the Kolkata region are an advantage.Proven capability to work on-site, travel within the metropolitan area, and manage multiple projects and deals simultaneously.Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment and a data-driven approach to decision-making will be beneficial. .
