Role Description The Tele Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, responding to inbound inquiries, and explaining property offerings and services clearly and persuasively. The Tele Sales Executive will follow up on leads, maintain updated records of customer interactions in the sales system, and schedule site visits or meetings for the field sales team. Daily tasks include achieving call and conversion targets, handling basic objections, and providing accurate information aligned with company policies. The role also requires coordination with sales and marketing teams, sharing customer feedback, and participating in briefings or training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales performance. Qualifications - Candidates should possess solid communication skills, including transparent spoken English and local language proficiency, active listening, and confident telephone etiquette. Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade, handle objections, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets. Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, including patience, responsiveness, and a focus on long-term client satisfaction. Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including working with CRM or spreadsheets, maintaining call logs, and updating customer records accurately. Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or bachelors degree in any discipline, prior experience in tele sales or real estate sales, and familiarity with the Bhubaneswar property market are beneficial. Candidates should be comfortable working in office, able to manage repetitive calling tasks, and willing to work in a performance-driven environment. .
